Taking Care of Your Mental Health!!!

Updated: Oct 28, 2020

Have you ever just felt like screaming your lungs out because of all the work you're faced with on a daily basis? SAAAAAMMMMMEEE!! Now that school is in full swing, I know for sure that most of you are feeling stressed with all the homework and assignments that are coming your way like bombs.

Preserving Your Sanity

Please remember that no assignment or task is worth your sanity. Take some time to breathe and relax throughout the day! That's an order soldier!! Eat some ice cream, exercise or watch your favourite series, also set some time aside for family interaction.

Depression Comes in Many Forms

It is a proven fact that Depression is rampant now especially in the Covid era and it manifests itself in so many ways. Have you ever felt as if you are not in the mood for a shower, you sleep for 12 hours or more or you just don't want to do simple tasks like coming your hair?

All of these are possible signs of depression and should not be taken lightly. If ever you feel as if you are in a dark place, please remember to talk to someone who you can trust. You are more important than you could ever possibly know. Check on your friends often and give your family members some love too because you never know what they are going through.

We all have to support each other in this difficult time.
